Thrive Capital Summer Fellowship 2026

The Thrive Capital Summer Fellowship is a highly selective 10-week, full-time in-person internship at Thrive Capital's New York office running June through August 2026. Fellows work closely with a specific team within the firm contributing to live investment projects, engaging in strategy sessions, and participating in structured learning and mentorship programs with Thrive's partners and portfolio founders. Compensation is annualized at $100,000 plus a $40,000 grant to help offset junior year education costs. Eligibility is limited to current college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors with US work authorization who demonstrate deep interest in technology and exceptional ability.
