2026 Undergraduate Intern, Sourcing & Origination

Oaktree Capital Management is hiring a 2026 Undergraduate Intern on its Sourcing & Origination team supporting the Strategic Credit strategy in Los Angeles. Interns assist the team in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis on new deal opportunities including detailed financial modeling, business and industry due diligence, deal structuring, legal documentation negotiations, and post-closing deal monitoring. The 10-week program runs June through August 2026 and provides direct access to senior leaders and participation in international intern program events. Candidates should be undergraduates with an expected graduation date of 2027 or 2028, strong quantitative skills, and demonstrated interest in credit investing.
