Path into Private Equity (PiPE) 2026 Summer Analyst

Bain Capital's Path into Private Equity (PiPE) program is a 10-week Boston-based Summer Analyst internship within the North America Private Equity fund. The program is specifically designed for current sophomores and provides early exposure to Bain Capital's investment process including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio monitoring. PiPE Analysts work alongside deal teams on live transactions across Bain Capital's sectors including technology, healthcare, financial & business services, consumer, and industrials. The program begins June 2026 and targets sophomores with excellent academic track records and strong quantitative, leadership, and communication skills. High performers are considered for full-time analyst offers upon graduation.
