2026 Summer Analyst, Growth Acceleration, Class of 2027

General Atlantic is hiring 2026 Summer Analysts for the Growth Acceleration team in New York, a 10-week program beginning June 2026. The Growth Acceleration team partners with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements and value creation across sectors including technology, consumer, healthcare, financial services, and life sciences. Interns support live engagements, conduct diligence analyses, and build financial models alongside GA investors and operators. Candidates must be currently enrolled undergraduates graduating December 2026 or Spring 2027, with demonstrated achievement, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency, a global mindset, and intellectual curiosity. Weekly rate is $2,115. Top performers receive first consideration for the 2027 Full-Time Analyst Program.
