Human Resources Intern, Summer 2026

HireRight is hiring a Human Resources Intern for Summer 2026 in Nashville, TN. HireRight is a global leader in background screening and workforce solutions serving thousands of enterprise customers. The intern will support HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams on projects spanning onboarding experience, engagement survey analysis, DEI programs, and internal mobility. You'll partner with HR leaders, attend skip-level meetings, and present a capstone. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, I-O Psychology, or Business; strong analytical and written communication skills; comfort with confidential data; interest in HR tech and talent programs. Paid 10-week hybrid program with mentorship from senior HR leaders.
