Recruiter Intern, Summer 2026

Insight Global is hiring Recruiter Interns for Summer 2026 in Atlanta, GA and other major U.S. hubs. Insight Global places over 75,000 consultants annually with Fortune 1000 clients, and the summer internship is a pipeline into our full-time Recruiter/Account Manager programs. Interns are embedded with a recruiting team: sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and Insight Global's internal database, conducting screening calls, shadowing client meetings, and supporting req management. You'll complete a structured curriculum on sales and recruiting fundamentals and present a capstone. Qualifications: rising senior pursuing any Bachelor's; coachable; strong communicator; interest in sales and recruiting. Paid 10-week in-office program.
