Product Analyst Intern, Summer 2026

Culture Amp is hiring a Product Analyst Intern for Summer 2026 in New York. Culture Amp's employee experience platform serves 6,500+ companies and holds one of the largest datasets on engagement, performance, and development. The intern will partner with product managers and data scientists to analyze feature adoption, cohort behavior, and experiment outcomes — turning analysis into recommendations that shape the roadmap. You'll write SQL against the company's data warehouse, build dashboards in Looker, and present insights to product leadership. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, CS, or related; strong SQL; exposure to Python/R; clear written and verbal communication. Paid 12-week hybrid internship.
