15Five is hiring a Software Engineer Intern for Summer 2026. 15Five builds the continuous performance management platform used by thousands of HR leaders to drive engagement, retention, and manager effectiveness. As an intern you'll work in Python (Django), React/TypeScript, and AWS on features across 1:1s, OKRs, reviews, or engagement surveys. You'll pair with senior engineers, participate in design and architecture discussions, and present a capstone project. The 12-week paid program is fully remote with periodic team gatherings. Qualifications: pursuing BS/MS in CS or related; strong CS fundamentals; familiarity with web development; genuine interest in the future of work and people-focused products.
