Software Engineer Intern, Summer 2026

Ashby is hiring Software Engineer Interns for Summer 2026. Ashby builds the all-in-one recruiting platform used by teams at OpenAI, Notion, Ramp, and hundreds of other high-growth companies. As an intern you'll ship real features alongside a small, high-density engineering team working in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Expect direct mentorship from senior engineers, high trust, and exposure to every part of the product from analytics to scheduling to sourcing. The 12-week paid program is remote-friendly with optional in-person weeks in SF or NYC. Qualifications: pursuing BS/MS in CS or related; prior internship or shipped side projects; strong product sense; TypeScript experience a plus.
