People Science Research Intern, Summer 2026

Lattice's People Science team is hiring a Research Intern for Summer 2026. People Science helps Lattice customers and the broader HR community translate evidence from I-O psychology and management research into product features and go-to-market content. The intern will design and run research studies using Lattice's customer survey data, co-author a published People Science report, contribute thought leadership content, and partner with PM on a product-research handoff. Qualifications: doctoral student or advanced master's student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or closely related; experience with quantitative research methods (R, Python, SPSS); exposure to survey design. 12-week paid remote-friendly program with mentorship from a People Scientist.
