Business Operations Intern, Summer 2026

Rippling is hiring a Business Operations Intern for Summer 2026. Business Operations works on Rippling's highest-leverage cross-functional problems: pricing, GTM strategy, new-market entry, M&A integration, and organizational design. You'll partner with the BizOps team and senior leaders on a defined summer project — for example, sizing a new product opportunity, designing a compensation structure, or modeling a pricing experiment. You'll conduct interviews, build models, present recommendations, and help drive implementation. Qualifications: MBA candidate or upper-level undergrad at a top program; prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-growing company; strong quantitative and structured-thinking skills; bias to action.
