Corporate Finance Intern, Summer 2026

Insperity is hiring a Corporate Finance Intern for Summer 2026 at our Kingwood, TX headquarters. Insperity is a leading PEO serving 100,000+ small and mid-size businesses, and the Corporate Finance team drives planning, analysis, and investor reporting. The intern will assist with monthly financial close analytics, build budget variance reports, support M&A due diligence workstreams, and contribute to quarterly Board-of-Directors deliverables. You'll work directly with Directors and VPs across FP&A, Treasury, and Investor Relations. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; strong Excel and financial-statement proficiency; interest in public-company finance. 10-week paid internship with structured learning curriculum and networking events.
