Software Developer Intern, Summer 2026

Paycom is recruiting Software Developer Interns for Summer 2026 at our Oklahoma City headquarters. Paycom delivers one of the only single-database HCM systems on the market, and interns ship real code to production during the 10-week program. You will work in C#/.NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript on modules spanning payroll, time and labor, talent acquisition, or Beti — Paycom's employee-driven payroll experience. Responsibilities include writing features, conducting peer code reviews, debugging production issues, and pair-programming with senior developers. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's in CS, MIS, Software Engineering, or related; strong OO fundamentals; SQL experience; commitment to the in-office Oklahoma City culture. Paid, with housing stipend for out-of-state students.
