Dayforce is recruiting a Data Analytics Intern for Summer 2026 based in Toronto. Partner with the People Analytics and Customer Success teams to deliver insights on workforce trends and product adoption across Dayforce's global customer base. Responsibilities include building dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, performing cohort analyses in SQL and Python, and partnering with product teams on experimentation and A/B testing. You'll present findings to senior leaders and contribute to Dayforce's benchmarks, which customers use to guide workforce decisions. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related; strong SQL; exposure to Python or R; excellent communication. 12-week paid internship with hybrid Toronto schedule.
