Product Management Intern, MBA Summer 2026

ADP seeks a full-time MBA Product Management Intern for Summer 2026 to drive strategy and execution for one of ADP's core HCM product lines including Workforce Now, RUN, or Lyric HCM. The intern will own a defined product workstream from discovery through launch: interview customers and HR practitioners, size market opportunities, write PRDs, partner with engineering and design on delivery, and present a go-to-market recommendation to senior executives at the end of the summer. The role offers exposure to ADP's C-suite, rotation across product squads, and mentorship from VP-level PMs. Qualifications: currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating 2027; 3+ years pre-MBA experience in product, consulting, engineering, or HR tech; structured problem solving and communication skills.
