Software Engineer Intern, Summer 2026

ADP is hiring Software Engineer Interns for Summer 2026 to join our global product and technology organization. As an intern, you will collaborate with experienced engineers on full-stack development projects supporting ADP's payroll, HCM, and benefits platforms that serve over 1 million clients worldwide. You'll write production-ready code in Java, Python, or JavaScript/React, participate in agile sprints, contribute to code reviews, and help build cloud-native microservices on AWS. The 10-12 week paid program includes executive speaker series, hands-on mentorship, tech talks, and a capstone project presented to senior leadership. Qualifications: currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; graduation between December 2026 and June 2028; foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming; exposure to modern web frameworks is a plus.
