Merchandising Intern, Summer 2026

Ralph Lauren's Summer Internship Program offers undergraduates a 10-week immersion in the world of American luxury lifestyle. As a Merchandising Intern, you'll partner with Associate Buyers and Planners across Polo, Lauren, and RL Home divisions to build assortments, conduct competitive analysis, and support line reviews. You'll learn how Ralph Lauren balances iconic heritage with contemporary product strategy, gain exposure to the full buying cycle, and present a capstone project to senior leadership. Ideal for rising seniors pursuing careers in retail merchandising, fashion buying, or product strategy. Strong candidates have interest in luxury brand-building, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
