CAA Sports 2026 Summer Associate Program

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is hiring Summer Associates for its Sports division for 2026, with placements in the New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville offices. Associates rotate through CAA Sports divisions including Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, Olympic Sports, Sports Consulting, Sports Properties, and Sports Media. Daily work includes client research, preparing pitch materials, contract abstract creation, supporting marketing campaigns for athlete endorsements, and helping build out long-term brand partnerships. Ideal candidates are rising college seniors and recent graduates with demonstrated interest in sports business and excellent analytical and written communication skills. The 10-week summer program runs June through August 2026 at $25 per hour; housing is not provided.
