Kansas City Chiefs 2026 Ticket Sales Associate Intern

The Kansas City Chiefs are hiring Ticket Sales Associate Interns to join the business operations group at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium for the 2026 NFL season. Associates are trained on consultative selling techniques, lead qualification, CRM (Archtics, Salesforce), and fan experience, then focus on driving new-seat and group ticket sales for the upcoming season. Day-to-day work includes outbound calls, email campaigns, game-day activation, and supporting season-ticket-member events. This is a launch-pad program for candidates interested in long-term sports sales careers; previous graduates have been promoted into full-time account executive roles with the Chiefs and other NFL clubs. The program runs May through December 2026 at $16 per hour plus commission on closed sales.
