The Boston Celtics are seeking a Basketball Strategy & Analytics Intern to join the front office for the 2026 summer. The intern will work on projects supporting roster construction, salary cap planning, and in-game strategy. Typical work involves building financial models of roster flexibility under the CBA, statistical analysis of lineup and player performance, video tagging, and preparation of pre-draft and pre-free-agency materials for senior decision-makers. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a strong quantitative background and an excellent understanding of the NBA's CBA and basketball analytics landscape. The 12-week program runs June through August 2026 at $24 per hour and is based at the Auerbach Center in Brighton, MA.
