Baltimore Orioles 2026 Baseball Development Intern

The Baltimore Orioles are hiring a Baseball Development Intern for the 2026 season at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The intern will support the coaching development and player development departments through video review, data collection, and research projects that help inform training plans for major and minor league players. Core work includes tagging video using Synergy and proprietary platforms, collating Trackman, Hawk-Eye, and biomechanics outputs into weekly development reports, and preparing content for player meetings. Candidates should be current undergraduates or recent graduates with exposure to R, Python, or Tableau, and with a strong understanding of current baseball research. The internship runs from February through October 2026, is paid at $16 per hour, and is eligible for housing assistance during spring training in Sarasota, FL.
