Seattle Mariners 2026 Baseball Systems Engineering Intern

The Seattle Mariners are hiring a Baseball Systems Engineering Intern for summer 2026 at T-Mobile Park. Working within the Baseball Operations technology team, the intern will design and ship features for internal web applications used by scouts, analysts, and the coaching staff. The stack includes Python (FastAPI), TypeScript/React, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Projects may include building new interfaces for scouting report entry, improving the performance of dashboards that consume biomechanics data, or expanding APIs that serve the organization's proprietary player-evaluation models. Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with demonstrated full-stack project experience. The role runs for 12 weeks from June through August 2026 at $26 per hour, with relocation support available.
