The Los Angeles Dodgers 2026 Diversity Fellowship is a year-long paid fellowship placed within the Baseball Operations department at Dodger Stadium. Fellows contribute to a wide range of projects across amateur scouting, professional scouting, player development, and research & development. Responsibilities include video and data coding, statistical analysis supporting front-office decisions, advance-scouting report preparation for the major league coaching staff, and collaboration on internal tools used by the analytics group. Candidates should be recent bachelor's or master's graduates with coursework in a quantitative discipline, proficiency in Python or R, and exposure to SQL.
