The Los Angeles Dodgers 2026 Diversity Fellowship is a year-long paid fellowship placed within the Baseball Operations department at Dodger Stadium. Fellows contribute to a wide range of projects across amateur scouting, professional scouting, player development, and research & development. Responsibilities include video and data coding, statistical analysis supporting front-office decisions, advance-scouting report preparation for the major league coaching staff, and collaboration on internal tools used by the analytics group. Candidates should be recent bachelor's or master's graduates with coursework in a quantitative discipline, proficiency in Python or R, and exposure to SQL. Women and candidates from historically underrepresented groups in baseball operations are strongly encouraged to apply. The fellowship begins in February 2026 and runs through the end of the 2026 season, at an annual salary of $52,000 with full benefits.
