2026 Ticket Sales & Service Summer Associate

The New York Mets are hiring Ticket Sales & Service Summer Associates to join the business operations group at Citi Field for the 2026 season. Associates will make outbound sales calls to prospective single-game, group, and partial plan buyers, conduct stadium tours, staff in-game ticket service tables, and learn the fundamentals of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Archtics. This program is designed for recent graduates and rising seniors who are considering a career in sports ticket sales and partnership activation. Training covers consultative selling, objection handling, and sports industry fundamentals. The program runs from mid-May through mid-September 2026 and is paid hourly; candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays corresponding to home games. No housing stipend is provided.
