Summer 2026 Research & Development Intern

Bayer US is hiring Summer 2026 Research & Development Interns across its Crop Science and Pharmaceuticals divisions. Interns complete 12-15 weeks of wet-lab, computational, or field-based research between May and August. Representative R&D intern projects span trait discovery, formulation development, analytical chemistry, bioassay design, and molecular biology. Interns are paired with mentors and deliver a final presentation to R&D leadership. Qualifications: enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Plant Science, or related discipline; minimum 3.0 GPA; prior lab or research experience preferred. Pay $28-$38/hour. Bayer has a recruiting cycle from August-December with offers extended by end of December.
