Internship: In-House Legal Team (Summer 2026)

Dassault Systèmes, the French 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA software leader, is hiring a Legal Intern for Summer 2026 at its Boston campus at 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, MA. This 12-week paid internship runs late May through August 2026 with hybrid work flexibility. You will support the in-house legal team on commercial contracts review, data privacy matters (GDPR/CCPA), SaaS agreements, and export-compliance diligence. Deliverables include research memos, contract redline summaries, and briefing materials for senior counsel. Qualifications: currently enrolled in a JD program at an ABA-accredited US law school (rising 2L or 3L); strong writing; interest in technology or licensing law. Compensation: $29-$30/hour.
