Intern - Philips People Services - Nashville, TN - Summer 2026

Philips is hiring a Philips People Services (PPS) Intern for Summer 2026 at its Nashville, TN shared-services hub. The PPS team is the single point of contact for HR operations serving 75,000+ employees globally. As an intern, you will support HR analytics, employee case management, process documentation, and transformation projects migrating PPS processes to SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. Qualifications: currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or related field; strong Excel skills; familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus. This is a paid 12-week onsite internship. Philips offers mentorship, executive speaker series, and possible conversion to full-time roles.
