2026 Brown & Brown Internship Program

Brown & Brown's 2026 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid program for rising seniors interested in commercial and personal lines insurance brokerage. Interns are placed at Brown & Brown's Daytona Beach, FL headquarters or at retail, wholesale, or program offices nationwide. Interns learn the insurance brokerage business by supporting producers, shadowing client meetings, and working on marketing submissions, account reviews, and renewal preparation. The program includes formal broker training, executive speakers, and a capstone project. Candidates should have a minimum 3.0 GPA and major in Business, Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
