2026 Claims Summer Intern

Farmers Insurance Claims Summer Internship is a 10-week paid program for rising seniors interested in claims, customer experience, and insurance operations. Interns rotate across auto, property, and special investigations units, shadow adjusters, participate in ride-alongs, and complete a capstone operational-improvement project. The program includes professional development workshops, executive speaker series, and networking with the Farmers leadership team. Candidates should have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management & Insurance, Communications, or a related field. Strong performers are offered seats in Farmers' Claims Representative Trainee program post-graduation.
