2026 Claims Leadership Development Program Intern

Allstate's Claims Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Internship is a 10-week summer program that trains rising seniors to become future claims leaders. Interns rotate across auto, property, and casualty claims, learning claims handling, estimatics, and customer-experience frameworks. Participants spend time in the field with adjusters, shadow leadership, and complete a capstone project tied to operational improvement. Candidates must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to relocate for full-time roles post-graduation. High-performing interns are offered roles in Allstate's full-time CLDP rotational program.
