Progressive's IT Leadership Development Program (ITLDP) Summer Internship is a 12-week paid program for rising seniors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Data Analytics. Interns are placed on product teams within Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Claims, or Enterprise Platforms and contribute production code, participate in agile ceremonies, and complete a capstone technical project.
