CFPB Summer 2026 Legal Intern, Office of Enforcement

CFPB Office of Enforcement is hiring Summer 2026 legal interns to support investigations and litigation against financial services firms for UDAAP, RESPA, TILA, and FDCPA violations. Interns will draft sections of civil investigative demands, analyze loan-level data produced by respondents, research legal issues for motions, and observe depositions and hearings. Paid. Hybrid in Washington, DC. Rising 2L or 3L status required; strong research and writing skills and interest in consumer protection law expected. U.S. citizenship or legal eligibility required.
