The Bureau of Land Management is hiring Summer 2026 Pathways rangeland management interns at field offices across the West (Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Oregon). Interns support rangeland specialists by conducting Assessment, Inventory, and Monitoring (AIM) vegetation plots, entering data in the Terrestrial AIM database, mapping invasive species with GIS, and drafting sections of grazing permit renewals and environmental assessments. Paid at GS-4/5. Government housing may be available. U.S. citizenship required.
