Aerodynamics Engineering Intern - Summer 2026
Overview
Boom Supersonic is hiring a Summer 2026 Aerodynamics Engineering Intern in Denver, CO to support development of Overture, our Mach 1.7 supersonic airliner, and the Symphony engine program. You will run CFD analyses, support wind-tunnel campaigns, and contribute to aircraft configuration studies. Expect to use Star-CCM+ or OpenFOAM, Python for analysis, and work closely with senior aerodynamicists. Qualifications: pursuing an MS/PhD in Aerospace Engineering with focus on aerodynamics or propulsion; coursework in compressible flow, CFD, and aircraft design; Python/MATLAB scripting; US person required due to ITAR.
