Geothermal Engineering Intern - Summer 2026

Fervo Energy is hiring a Summer 2026 Geothermal Engineering Intern in Houston, TX to support development of our enhanced geothermal systems, including the flagship Cape Station project in Utah. You will work alongside reservoir engineers, drilling engineers, and data scientists on well-test analysis, subsurface modeling, or drilling performance analytics. Expect data analysis in Python, field-data review, and technical writing. Qualifications: pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Mechanical Engineering, or related; coursework in reservoir engineering, geomechanics, or subsurface flow; Python proficiency; oil-and-gas or geothermal prior experience a plus.
