William Blair's 2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program in Chicago, IL, New York, NY, and San Francisco, CA. Summer Analysts are placed in one of the firm's industry groups (Technology, Healthcare, Consumer, Industrials, Financial Services, or Business Services) and support sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, and equity capital markets transactions. Responsibilities include financial modeling (LBO, DCF, merger accretion), pitch materials, CIM drafting, and due diligence.
