Lennar Future Builders Internship Program - Homebuilding

Lennar's Future Builders Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship beginning in June 2026, designed to offer college students and recent graduates a unique experience to gain valuable insight into the homebuilding industry. Interns in the homebuilding track rotate through land acquisition, construction operations, purchasing, sales, and finance functions at one of the nation's largest homebuilders. Work on active community developments and apply theoretical classroom knowledge to real-world projects. Summer intern positions are paid approximately $22.56 per hour.
