Financial Planning & Analysis Intern (Summer 2026)

AvalonBay's Summer 2026 Internship Program is a 10-week paid program focused on Financial Planning & Analysis with exposure to AvalonBay's major business groups including development, finance, and asset management. You will collaborate with and learn directly from senior and executive leadership, providing recommendations for strategic decision making through collection, organization, analysis, and interpretation of financial data. Expect to conduct detailed analyses of historical financial data, build models to project future performance for AvalonBay's 300-community apartment portfolio, and provide critical support to development/redevelopment teams and budgeting and capital planning.
