2026 Acquisitions & Capital Markets Summer Analyst

Vornado Realty Trust is seeking Summer Analysts to join its Acquisitions & Capital Markets group in New York. The individual(s) will work closely with senior management to underwrite potential acquisitions and dispositions and perform analysis related to the firm's capital markets activities including debt originations, refinancings, and preferred equity. Responsibilities include cash flow modeling in Excel and Argus, market research on NYC and DC office/retail, review of leases and operating statements, and preparation of investment committee memoranda. Candidate for undergraduate degree with a concentration in economics, finance, or real estate finance with strong record of academic performance.
