Summer 2026 Analyst Intern - Los Angeles

Hines is hiring a Summer 2026 Analyst Intern for the Los Angeles office to support West Region Development and Investment Management. Interns will contribute to new development projects, acquisitions and dispositions, and asset management assignments across office, residential, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Participate in an education itinerary of lunch & learns and tours with various departments and properties, including Hines Bootcamp, a signature onboarding experience covering underwriting and development fundamentals. Strong quantitative aptitude and Excel proficiency required.
