The Hines Summer 2026 Analyst Intern will gain hands-on experience working with a team in Commercial Real Estate Investment Management and/or Development. Responsibilities include vetting potential investments, performing market research, underwriting acquisitions and developments, and supporting asset management activities. Current sophomores, juniors, and eligible seniors from any academic discipline may apply, though strong math and quantitative aptitude is required. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required; Argus experience is a plus but not required. Compensation is $23-$28/hr depending on geography. Interns complete a capstone project presented at the end of summer.
