2026 Philadelphia Summer Internship

Cushman & Wakefield's Philadelphia Summer 2026 Internship is an eight-to-ten-week paid program for rising college juniors and seniors running June through August. Interns rotate through service lines including Capital Markets, Tenant Representation, Agency Leasing, Valuation & Advisory, and Property Management. You will support brokers and analysts with financial modeling, market research, client presentations, property tours, and transaction due diligence. Compensation is $23.00 per hour. The program concludes with a capstone project presented to regional leadership.
