Spencer Stuart's Summer Associate program is a 10-week paid internship for rising second-year MBAs contributing to executive search, board advisory, and leadership consulting engagements. Interns support research, candidate identification, reference work, and client briefing preparation across the firm's industry and functional practices. Hosted in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles offices with structured training, consultant mentorship, and a final case showcase. Strong performers receive offers to the full-time Associate program.
