Heidrick & Struggles Summer Associate Intern

Heidrick & Struggles' Summer Associate program is a 10-week paid internship for first-year MBA students supporting executive search and leadership advisory engagements. Interns contribute to candidate research, market mapping, client briefing preparation, and leadership assessment support across the Financial Services, Industrial, Technology, and Healthcare practices. Based in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco offices with structured training, partner mentorship, and a final case presentation. Strong performers receive offers to the full-time Associate program. Open to first-year MBAs with pre-MBA experience in consulting, finance, or operating roles.
