Mphasis Next Labs Summer Intern

Mphasis Next Labs is hiring Summer Interns to join its applied AI research group building generative AI solutions for banking and insurance clients. Interns contribute to LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and evaluation harnesses, working in Python with Hugging Face, LangChain, and AWS Bedrock. The 10-week program is based out of the New York and Dallas offices with a hybrid schedule. Includes weekly research seminars, mentorship from senior data scientists, and a final demo day for practice leadership. Open to MS and PhD students in CS, applied math, or related fields.
