EOG Resources Summer 2026 Completions Engineering Intern

EOG Resources is hiring Completions Engineering Interns for Summer 2026 in Midland, TX to support Delaware Basin operations. Interns will work on fracture design optimization, cluster spacing studies, frac hit analysis, and real-time completion surveillance. Daily exposure to field operations and real-world decision-making. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with a 3.2 GPA minimum. The 12-week paid program includes housing stipend and relocation assistance. Applications closed December 15, 2025. US work authorization required.
