Phillips 66 Summer 2026 Engineering Internship

Phillips 66 offers a paid summer internship program for engineering students at its Houston headquarters and refinery locations. Interns work on assignments in refining, midstream, chemicals, or marketing & specialties business units. Typical projects include process optimization, reliability engineering, and capital project scoping. The 11-week program includes a project presentation to senior leadership, executive speaker series, and community engagement events. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Petroleum Engineering with a 3.0 GPA minimum. Applications closed December 12, 2025.
