Summer 2026 Data Science Intern

BP is hiring a Data Science Intern for Summer 2026 in Houston. The intern will work within the Digital Science team to build machine learning models for predictive maintenance on offshore platforms, analyze production data using Python and Azure Databricks, and support data engineering pipelines. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field. Experience with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms is required. The 12-week paid program runs June through August 2026. US work authorization required; BP does not sponsor for this internship.
