R/GA Futures - Experience Design Intern

R/GA Futures is an 8-week summer internship program bringing together interns from different disciplines to collaborate on real client projects at R/GA. Experience Design Interns work alongside senior UX designers and strategists to research user needs, prototype interfaces, and design brand systems for clients across fintech, consumer tech, and retail. The program includes mentorship from department leads and the Head of Talent, a creative buddy for daily questions, portfolio reviews, and cross-disciplinary collaboration sessions. R/GA does not require a professional portfolio but asks candidates to share design-related skills through personal projects. Hybrid role.
