Hershey's Finance Leadership Internship is an 11-week paid program at our Hershey, PA headquarters. Interns are placed into FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Internal Audit and lead a quantitative project supporting Reese's, Kit Kat, Jolly Rancher, or SkinnyPop business units. Program includes weekly CFO and VP-Finance speakers, a site visit to our West Hershey plant, and a capstone presentation to the finance leadership team.
